KSB unveils strain booster system for water supply

KSB has released its new ready-to-connect strain booster systems for the Delta Macro kind sequence, that are items that operate absolutely automatically and are equipped with between two and six Movitec high-efficiency centrifugal pumps.

The new methods are designed for big circulate rates with a most circulate price per system of 960 m3/h and the utmost pump head is 160 m as standard.
The first pump is started by a pressure drop within the piping when a client set up is opened. The systems’ microprocessor control unit (Booster Command Pro+) begins and stops the pumps in line with demand using both cascade control for the F variant or a frequency inverter for speed management for the VC and SVP.
When water consumption stops, all pumps are ramped down one after the opposite once the cease stress has been reached. This ensures that the individual pumps function only consistent with precise demand. If a pump has not been operated for over 24 hours, the microprocessor control unit initiates a test run for this pump. Should lack of water happen in the inlet, the system stops mechanically to prevent damage caused by dry working.
A Modbus RTU interface facilitates connection to exterior communication gadgets. For transmitting warnings or alerts to a higher-level management station, the standard configuration has two volt-free contacts on terminals in addition to other optional signal terminals.
The strain booster techniques can be linked to the KSB Delta FlowManager app which shows the current standing of the pumps, the pressures on the suction and discharge side, and the programmed parameters. เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวัดความดัน is fitted with high-efficiency IE5 synchronous reluctance motors of the Supreme kind series and the PumpDrive variable speed system. เกจวัดแรงดันแก๊สอาร์กอน and VC variants are geared up with IE3 motors.
